Our Loyal Customers Programme operates in all Grenardi Group stores throughout the Baltics. You will receive special advantages and discounts on purchases and services alike and have the opportunity to learn more about our stores and the latest news.

How the Loyal Customers Programme Works?

In order to become a member of the Loyal Customers Programme, make a purchase worth 20 lats or more at any of our stores and complete the Customer Questionnaire.
We will issue you a free ADVANTAGE CARD and a 5% discount on the first purchase. In the future we will be available to you at all times to assist you in the selection of jewellery for all of life’s important occasions.

The Loyal Customers Program has several levels:

Level 1 with a continuous 5% discount – the total purchase amount up to 250 lats;
Level 2 with a continuous 10% discount – the total purchase amount from 250 – 1000 lats;
Level 3 with a continuous 15% discount – the total purchase amount from 1000 – 3000 lats;
Level 4 – the special Platinum Status with a 20% continuous discount – the total purchase amount exceeds 3000 lats.

Each level also provides additional benefits. Therefore, each time before the payment for the purchase please provide the ADVANTAGES CARD, and your total purchase amount will continue to grow. Reaching a new amount of savings, you will automatically receive the corresponding level of benefits and discounts.

If you have lost your card, please report it:
  • at any of our stores;
  • call +371 - 67 796 000 on working days from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m..
The operation of the card will be suspended. Based on the customer questionnaire data we will make a new card which you will be able to get in any of our shops free of charge.
