Our Customer Advantage Programme operates in all Grenardi Group stores throughout the Baltics. You will receive special advantages and discounts on purchases and services alike and have the opportunity to learn more about our stores and the latest news.

How the Ccustomer Programme Works

In order to become a member of the Customer Programme, make a purchase worth 20 lats or more at any of our stores and complete the Customer Questionnaire.

You will become eligible for Customer Programme offers as soon as you have applied. We will issue you a free ADVANTAGE CARD and will be available to you at all times to assist you in the selection of jewellery for all of life’s important occasions.

The Client Programme has several levels

With each level attained, you will become eligible for more benefits. Every time you shop, present your Advantage Card to the sales adviser, and your total value of purchases will continue to grow. Once you have reached a new level, the corresponding advantages and discounts will be applied automatically

You can find out your balance in the following ways:
  • by presenting your Advantage Card at any of our store locations;
  • by calling +371 67 373 131, providing the name and phone number used at registration;
  • via e-mail at Klientiem@GrenardiGroup.com; the message should state your request and the name and phone number used at registration.
If you have lost your card, please report it:
  • at any of our stores;
  • by calling +371 67 373 131.
The card will be blocked. Based on information in your Customer Questionnaire, we will produce a new card, which you will be able to receive by post at the address provided in your Customer Questionnaire or at any of our stores.

The offer is valid from 15 February to 31 December 2010.
